Cognita was formed in 2004 with funds provided by its management and Englefield Capital. The Company employs over 1400 teachers in 42 schools across the UK and 2 international schools in Singapore and Spain. There are over 12500 pupils on the roll of these schools. The schools fit a broad profile, including Pre-Prep, Prep and Senior Schools. The Company's Head Office is in Milton Keynes.
